Add sweetness and warmth, with light citrusy notes & just a tiny bit of heat to your pork tenderloin for a Bahn Mi sandwich or pulled pork & grilled pork chops. Use 1 tablespoon per pound of meat for a rub. We recommend starting out with a bit less than you think you need as you can always add more seasoning to achieve the desired flavor.
