Roasting Vegetables is incredibly easy. All you really need is your favorite vegetables, a good quality olive oil, the right seasoning and a nice hot oven. For every 2 pounds of vegetables use about 1 tbsp of EVOO & 1 tbsp of Roasted Vegetable Seasoning. Add the seasoning before placing in the oven & a little more after roasting. It will add sweetness that enhances the natural caramelization of roasted vegetables with a bit of heat & tangy undertones.
