To make Molho de Piri-Piri, a Portuguese hot pepper sauce, mix 1/4 cup of Piri Piri seasoning to 1/2 – 1 C of your favorite EVOO and blend until smooth. This sauce can be used on any grilled meat – chicken, beef, pork ribs, fish, or shrimp. Use it as a condiment on sweet potaoes, veggies, sandwiches & burgers. Use it in place of mustard in salad dressings. To intensify the flavor, store the marinade in a refrigerated, airtight container for a few days.
